Tullamore Community Radio is proud to announce it’s very first broadcast programme and it’s a festive recording of the recent Christmas carol service in The Church of the Assumption Tullamore sung by local school children.

For parents and teachers alike this is a unique opportunity to sit back over the Christmas and enjoy once again the service in full.

Radio. Station Manager Tommy McCabe says it’s a “proud moment for the radio station and it brings across the true meaning of local community radio”.. he says “We’re delighted that the children will be heard by everyone who logs on and it’s great for their families at home and abroad at this time of year to hear the children”.

Chairman Liam Dumpleton said “in behalf of everyone at the station we’d like to thanks all those who helped make this broadcast possible, including Darren Cahill and the local business people for their support and most importantly the children and their teachers”.
